After-Sale Service

After-sale service shall be provided for jewelry products available at Merii shops only.
* All jewelry products shall be delivered with product warranty certificates.
* Product warranty shall always be provided for any damaged jewelry product caused by production error. Merii shall fully be responsible for such mistake and an unfortunate customer shall be offered a new jewelry product.
*  Falling of gemstone.
** Dull color or peeling-off coating.
* One-year warranty period guaranteed.
* Merii shall reserve the right to exchange or substitute jewelry products at its shops only.
Repair Service

*For any damaged jewelry product purchased for more than one year, the repair service shall be provided with standard charges.
*The repair service is available at all Merii branches nationwide, where a salesperson will keep you informed about repair costs and expenses prior to the actual implementation of the repair service.
