Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, requests for refunds/replacements will be accepted up to 14 days after receipt of your good. While in your possession you must keep any products you intend to return to Merii in perfect condition with tags on.

WARRANTY

We offer 90-days warranty (from the date you receive the good.)

* In the case of a damaged good, it needs to be sent for an inspection if there is any manufacturing damage. The customer is responsible for the delivery fees of the returned good or bring the good to Merii shop by yourself.

Warranty terms and conditions

  • If the good is defective by the factory's production process. It would be able to change to a new product. (within 30 days after you receive the good)
  • In the case of out-of-warranty good
    • There will be service fees as below:
      – Ring: 450 THB per time
      – Earrings: 500 THB per time
      – Bracelet, Bangle: 500 THB per time
      – Pendant with chain: 500 THB per time
      – Necklace: 1,000 THB per time
    • Resizing costs 450–650 THB per piece. Availability depends on the design and required size adjustment. Please contact our staff for advice
    • In case of gemstone losing, the repair cost starts at 350 THB and may vary depending on the size and quantity of the stones
  • We offer free cleaning at every branch of Merii shop or send the good to the following  address (The customer is responsible for the delivery fees)
